The Global Good Fund Fellowship is a 12-month program that helps social entrepreneurs become better leaders. We support leaders who work tirelessly to solve the world's biggest problems and create a fairer future for all.

Each leader gets:

- A personal coach to help them grow as a leader
- A business mentor from a top company to guide them
- $10,000 to spend on their own development
- Special tools and training to help their business grow
- Chances to meet and learn from other leaders

We match each leader with a coach and mentor who they can talk to over the phone or online for a year.

To apply, your business must:

- Be at least two years old
- Have at least one full-time employee (not just you)
- Be your main focus (you can't be working on other projects)
- Not be getting coaching or mentoring already
- Be in a position to make big decisions
