In order to strengthen our intersectional and political analysis, views, and agendas regarding bodies, voices, and resources, the advocacy coordinator rola will take the lead in developing and directing the execution of Power Up!´s consortium's joint advocacy.

The Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs collaborates strategically with the Power Up! Consortium, a coalition of women's rights organisations, to prevent and stop gender-based and sexual violence against women and girls. In order to support women's efforts for economic stability and resilience, the consortium focuses on constructing power around bodies, voices, and resources. With an emphasis on Southeast Asia, Southern Africa, and Eastern Africa, the consortium operates in six regions.

Coordinating collaborative advocacy and influencing initiatives, leading strategy development, facilitating talks within PU!, participating in policy discussions, proposing creative ideas, promoting PU! and partner's key messages, and offering feedback on the creation of annual plans and reports are some of the main duties of this role. Additionally, they participate in policy discussions, guarantee the coherence and alignment of advocacy and communications strategies.
