Additional Information
possess, at the time of application, a minimum CGPA of 2.80/4.00 for MSC students or BSc graduates.
If you are a citizen of Turkey and you live in Turkey: ALES score of less than 55 is necessary.
Otherwise, GRE The needed score on the General Test is 153 (quantitative). We do, however, encourage you to apply if your background is good and your error is marginal.
IELTS (at least 5.5 overall and 5.5 in each section), TOEFL IBT (at least 87), or Bilkent COPE (at least C).
Any nationality may submit an application.
