The WEP Climate Justice Advocacy Mentorship Programme is now accepting applications.
Through the Climate Justice Advocacy Mentorship, young African feminist climate activists will be better equipped to overcome structural barriers to gender inequality and advocate for the expedited implementation of gender-just climate action and sustainable development (2030 Agenda).

Selected candidates will get in-person and online training on climate advocacy.
In order to acquire real-world knowledge and expertise in climate change leadership and advocacy, candidates will have the chance to take part in national, regional, and international climate change gatherings.
Following the program's conclusion, candidates will be expected to carry out certain climate advocacy projects in their own nation.

Eligibility Criteria
This Climate Justice Advocacy Mentorship is available to any African feminists who are interested in climate justice.
It is necessary that you are African.
Must be in the age range of 18 to 35
Has to be a woman.
You are employed by a women's or gender-focused network or organisation that prioritises gender equity and the environment.
The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) global women and gender constituency, the African women and gender constituency, or any other feminist or gender network is affiliated with your organisation.
It is necessary that you are African.
