Applications are open for the OECD Young Associates Programme 2024-26 .

Recent undergraduates interested in multilateral policymaking, research, and analysis can apply for the OECD Young Associates Programme, which offers a two-year work experience to help prepare them for postgraduate study.

With a focus on main policy topics, the 24-month YAP programme offers a varied range of research and analysis to prepare undergraduates for postgraduate studies. Successful applicants can use their OECD experience to pursue a Master's or PhD.

The programme emphasizes mentorship, with young associates receiving close guidance from experienced managers who are chosen for their professional expertise and ability to nurture and challenge young talents.

Commencing Your Position: Young Associates selected for the 2024–2026 cycle will start working in Paris, France, in September 2024. You will address complicated social and economic issues while collaborating closely with senior managers. You will conduct research, write, communicate, and help with event planning.
