Areas of Priority

The APA has requested funds from the Tides Foundation to fund a 2024 Visionary Grant aimed at advancing racial equity, focusing on understanding and eradicating stigma, preventing violence, and applying psychology to at-risk populations.

Eligibility Criteria

- In terms of age, race, colour, religion, faith, nationality, ability, sexual orientation, gender, and location, APF welcomes applications from a variety of backgrounds.
- The following requirements must be met by applicants: they must be graduate students or early career researchers (with no more than ten years postdoctoral); they must be connected to a scientific or educational institution; they must be a nonprofit organisation, charity, or governmental body that operates solely for the benefit of charity and education; and they must have proven their ability to carry out the proposed work.
