FUNDING : ITTF Foundation’s Dream Building Fund – Apply now

Applications are being accepted for the Dream Building Fund (DBF) by the ITTF Foundation, which supports community-based projects that address social challenges.

Grants to enhance community conditions through enjoyable physical activities, ITTF Foundation support, opportunities for promotion, and access to global networks and resources—such as equipment, capacity building, visibility, monitoring, evaluation, transparency, reporting, and fundraising support—are awarded to successful applicants.

For whom is it intended?
Any duly formed and duly recognized non-profit table tennis, sport, or social organization whose goal is to use table tennis to positively impact the local or regional environment.
Support must go via a legitimately recognized institution that is qualified to receive the funding; the ITTF Foundation is unable to provide direct assistance to individuals.

Program Benefits

The Foundation for Global Sports Development (GSD), a partner of the ITTF Foundation:
- Provide informational and financial support to innovators who use table tennis to find regional answers to the world's most urgent issues that are in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs);
- Grants for specific projects are available in the range of EUR 10,000 to EUR 35,000, will provide funding for five projects, commencing in May 2024 and representing the DBF's fourth project cycle;
- Support is provided for two to three years, and communications with the chosen applicants will be conducted in English throughout the project lifecycle.

Eligibility Criteria

- An activity plan proposal, a social/humanitarian impact goal, the use of table tennis as a tool for change, regular reporting in English, registration as an organisation, promotion on websites and social media, cooperation with the ITTF Foundation, data protection, consent, a letter of support from another organisation, and a contribution of at least 10% of the project's total funding are all required for the DBF project. It is necessary to submit the application successfully before the deadline.
