FULLY FUNDED INTERNSHIP : Apply for the 2024 UNAIDS Internship programs

The UNAIDS Internship 2024 is currently accepting applications. We are inviting interested persons from all across the world to apply, but we especially encourage those from UN member states. Here is your chance to significantly improve global health as an intern if you're a student or recent graduate from a qualifying region.

Describe UNAIDS.
The United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS is abbreviated as UNAIDS. It is an essential branch of the UN tasked with inspiring and guiding people worldwide towards a common goal. They have a very clear objective: to end prejudice, new HIV infections, and AIDS-related fatalities.

Eleven UN agencies—including UNHCR, UNICEF, WFP, UNDP, UNFPA, UNODC, UN Women, ILO, UNESCO, WHO, and the World Bank—combine their efforts under UNAIDS.

In order to comply with the terms and conditions of the contract, candidates must be able to work well in a team and communicate well. They should also be proactive, innovative, and responsible. They should be able to show initiative and excitement, speak clearly, apply knowledge effectively, and work well in teams. They should also be in charge of keeping up output, keeping their end of the bargain, and conserving resources.

The internship requires proficiency in at least one of the official languages of the WHO/UNAIDS, such as Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian, or Spanish.

Program Benefits
UNAIDS Internship 2024 provides interns with living expenses reimbursement as well as insurance against emergency medical treatment, accidents, and illnesses.
Eligibility Criteria
- Citizenship: A valid passport or ID from a WHO/UNAIDS Member State is required.
- Age: Candidates must be at least 20 years old while submitting their applications.
- Educational Background: To be eligible, you must be enrolled in a graduate, undergraduate, or postgraduate programme at an accredited university. Alternatively, you should have finished your studies within the last year and obtained your undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate degree from an accredited school.
- Language Skills: The ability to speak at least one of the official languages of the WHO/UNAIDS, which are Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian, or Spanish, is necessary.
- Previous Experience: Candidates cannot have taken part in UNAIDS' internship programme before.
