**Eligibility Requirements:**
- Age between 18 and 35
- Residency in a country where one of the program's partners offers training
- Willingness to commit to intensive training lasting 2 to 9 months
- Job-seeking aspirations in the tech sector, particularly within startups

If chosen, participants will acquire crucial operational, technical, and human skills. These encompass coding expertise, data analysis, problem-solving, database management, marketing campaign management, and project/product tech management. Additionally, the program emphasizes the development of operational and human resource skills such as problem-solving, content creation, critical thinking, communication, and presentation/public speaking abilities – all highly valued by prospective employers.
