Funding Details:

The 2025 Earthna Award winners will each receive $250,000 to support the development and expansion of their projects.

The Earthna Award welcomes applications from knowledge holders and organizations dedicated to preserving, promoting, and applying traditional knowledge and cultural heritage. This includes non-governmental organizations, community groups, civil society organizations, and private sector entities.

The award recognizes champions who actively integrate traditional knowledge into solution-building and policymaking processes. We value efforts focused on preserving and adopting sustainable practices and traditional knowledge, as well as those that foster trust, collaboration, and networking between local and global stakeholders.
