The Earthna Center for a Sustainable Future has introduced the Earthna Award, a pioneering initiative that recognizes and supports innovative projects, individuals, and systems that successfully integrate traditional knowledge and cultural heritage to address pressing environmental challenges. A total of $1 million will be awarded to up to four winners at the 2025 Earthna Summit, honoring outstanding achievements in four key categories.

By spotlighting exemplary efforts, the award aims to inspire a broader community to embrace environmental responsibility and contribute to a more resilient and sustainable world.

Funding Details:

The 2025 Earthna Award winners will each receive $250,000 to support the development and expansion of their projects.

The Earthna Award welcomes applications from knowledge holders and organizations dedicated to preserving, promoting, and applying traditional knowledge and cultural heritage. This includes non-governmental organizations, community groups, civil society organizations, and private sector entities.
