Applications are open for the 2024 Rest & Resilience Fellowship in Berlin, Germany.

The Rest & Resilience Fellowship, a joint program between the taz Panter Foundation and Reporters Without Borders, is open for applications. Deadline is November 19th, 2023, with a planned fellowship period in Berlin from May 1st to October 31st, 2024.

For a period of six months, the fellowship programme brings journalists from press-restricted nations to Berlin to recuperate and broaden their professional horizons. While fellowship recipients may choose to remain anonymous, they will still have access to workshops, networking events, and chances to interact with German editorial offices, foreign journalists, and receive personalised psychosocial counselling.

The Rest & Resilience Fellowship is open to candidates of all backgrounds, and applications must include a signed form, a passport scan, a CV, and a motivation letter explaining the reasons for applying. The application should be sent in PDF format to :  fellowship-rsf-taz@proton.me.
