The 2024 Fellowship Programme by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations is now accepting applications. Aimed at attracting individuals with advanced technical knowledge, typically PhD students, researchers, and professors, the program seeks candidates committed to achieving specialized learning objectives while contributing their expertise to FAO's goals aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and FAO's Strategic Framework.

Minimum requirements include a graduate or post-graduate degree, two years of relevant experience, proficiency in at least one FAO language, nationality from FAO Member countries, and adaptability to an international multicultural environment, along with strong communication skills.

FAO values core competencies such as Results Focus, Teamwork, Communication, Building Effective Relationships, and Knowledge Sharing and Continuous Improvement.
