FUNDED: Apply for the University of Pittsburgh H.J Heinz Fellowships 2024

Applications are currently being accepted for the 2024 H.J. Heinz Fellowships at the University of Pittsburgh. These fellowships, presented by the Global Studies Center, are aimed at students from developing countries who aspire to pursue a Master's degree and exhibit potential as future leaders in public, government, non-profit, or private sectors.

**Eligibility Criteria:**
- Successful acceptance into a Master's program within the Graduate School of Public Health (GSPH), Graduate School of Public and International Affairs (GSPIA), School of Law, School of Education, or School of Nursing.
- Completion of an undergraduate university degree.
- Proficiency in spoken, written, and reading English.
- Preference given to applicants in the early or mid-stages of their careers.
- The fellowship is designed for individuals in practitioner and policy domains, excluding awards for basic academic research, academic sabbaticals, or medical research.

**Fellowship Guidelines:**
During the residency, fellows are expected to deliver at least one presentation on a topic related to their professional experience to university members. Additionally, fellows are strongly encouraged to engage in community outreach by lecturing about their home country to high school students or interested adults in the region.
