The Fully Funded Bilkent University Scholarship in Turkey is available to any foreign students aiming to complete a doctorate or master's degree. Eligibility Criteria

The Fully Funded Bilkent University Scholarship in Turkey requires English proficiency, a minimum CGPA of 2.80/4.00, and an ALES score of less than fifty-five for Turkish citizens. If not, a quantitative GRE General Test score of 153 is required. Eligibility is open to all nations.
