An explanation

A (Doctoral) researcher in augmented reality in forestry is needed by the chair of Forest Operations for the following project: Potential and feasibility analysis for the operational application of augmented reality augmented reality glasses in forestry (ForestAR).

In addition to analysing the technology's accuracy and dependability in various weather scenarios, the study intends to assess the possibilities of augmented reality glasses—like the HoloLens 2—for forestry and look into the sector's acceptance of these devices.

Accountabilities

To fulfil the goals of the ForestAR project, you will collaborate with others and work independently as well.
autonomously organising, preparing, coordinating, carrying out, and assessing experiments
writing articles for scholarly publications and giving talks at conferences.
