Eligibility Criteria
To apply, you must be an exceptional leader who can adapt to changes and trends. You must also have:

- Strong intelligence and a good character
- Finished your undergraduate degree before August 1 of the year you want to join the program
- No specific undergraduate major is required, but you must explain how the program will help you become a leader in your field
- Be between 18 and 29 years old as of August 1 of the year you want to join the program
- Good English skills, with official test scores if English is not your first language
- If you studied in English for at least two years, you don't need to take an English test
